Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refunds are available within 14 days and before completing more than 25% of modules. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• No attempts to bypass access controls or copy-protect measures.
• No automated scraping of course content.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Flatwood Foundry or licensed to us. You retain rights to your own projects but grant us permission to showcase your work in alumni features with your consent.

7. Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is.” We do not promise specific career outcomes. Some techniques may require third-party tools subject to their own licenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flatwood Foundry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
